Remember

 I wanted to dedicate a special blog post to a dear woman I met this summer, Ms. Doris, who has been so very generous to allow me to hold a lot of my photo shoots at a beautiful private location right close by to where I live. The view of the Blue Ridge mountains from here is absolutely spectacular and the majestic, rustic barn on the property has proved to be one of my favorite backdrops yet. This place is very special to Ms. Doris as it is where she spend her childhood: playing in the barn, jumping in the hay, chasing after the chickens, running through the fields, splashing in the creek, and living carefree as every child should. She was so excited to have me take a few photographs of the property for her own keepsakes and I had a lot of fun myself capturing some moments of history.
